Who we are

This website belongs to the Valentine Kondo for Senator campaign, Nakuru County, Kenya. You can reach us at kondo4senator2027@gmail.com or on +254 757 746408.

What we collect

When you join the movement or volunteer, we collect your name, phone number and ward or sub-county. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we also keep the messages you send. If analytics is switched on, we see anonymous visit statistics such as which pages are opened.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to contact you about the campaign, to invite you to events, to organise volunteers, and to answer your questions.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with campaign team members who need it, and with service providers that help us run this site (such as the form and hosting services), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while the campaign is active and delete them within a reasonable time afterwards, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may stop receiving messages at any time. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

M-Pesa support

Payments are made directly through M-Pesa. This website does not process payments or store payment details.
